Why this matters

People are waiting weeks to months and losing income they’re entitled to.

Many give up because the paperwork is inaccessible or retraumatising.

Your donation removes a financial barrier and gives expert guidance so claims are done properly first time.

How we allocate funds (transparency)

Requests are triaged weekly against need, urgency and vulnerability.

Funds are ring-fenced in a Pay It Forward ledger and used only for pro-bono/subsidised cases.

We publish a simple quarterly impact note: number of cases funded, case types, outcomes (no personal data).

Safeguards & ethics

Client consent and privacy first. No identifying details are ever shared.

We don’t prioritise cases by “story”; we prioritise by need and readiness to proceed.

Unused donations roll to the next quarter. If a sponsored case can’t proceed, funds are reallocated to the next urgent case.

FAQ

Is this a charity donation?

We operate as a consultancy delivering a community fund. Donations are not currently eligible for Gift Aid (only registered charities/CASCs can claim). If/when our status changes, we’ll update this page.

Can I choose what my donation funds?

Yes—select from the tiers above or choose “Pay What You Can.” We’ll confirm allocation in your receipt.

Can I remain anonymous?

Absolutely. Tick “anonymous” at checkout.

Do you take an admin fee?

We cap admin at ≤10% to cover payment processing and coordination. ≥90% goes directly to client work.

Will I hear about ‘my’ case?

We’ll share aggregated impact. To protect privacy, we don’t provide case-by-case updates.
