In The Loop is a trusted support and advocacy service helping individuals and families navigate benefits, SEND, and housing with clarity and confidence. Founded by a former DWP Adviser and Decision Maker with over 20 years of experience across PIP, DLA, and Access to Work, we blend professional expertise with empathy to ensure every client receives the support they deserve. In the past year alone, we’ve secured over £100K in owed and unclaimed benefits.

Our mission is to build trust, remove disinformation, and prevent people from being taken advantage of raising standards through professionalism and credibility. To expand our impact, In The Loop is developing an accredited agency to train and equip new advisers, empowering them to deliver accurate and compassionate support within their communities. Working alongside charities, social enterprises, and local authorities, we’re creating a fairer, more informed system for everyone.
